- I completed the Prollster registration, but didn’t receive the confirmation email.
The confirmation email may have been sent to your Spam folder or trash. If you can’t find it, we recommend you adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. After you’ve done that, you can get Prollster to send you another confirmation email by trying to sign up with the same address again.
- The Prollster discussion window isn’t appearing within my online course or nation.
